Games for one person:
Tossing a ball
Take a ball, even a bouncy ball, and throw it at a wall or at the ground. Try to challenge yourself with the ball. Like making challenges throwing it up in the air and catching it.
Playing with a pet
Do you have a dog or a cat? Well, if so, than get them outside so you can play. Maybe take out their favorite toy, or even a ball, and have them chase it. You can even chase your pet around. Another fun thing is that you could take it out on a walk. Walk it around the neighbor hood.
Games for two:
Hopscotch
Take a piece of chalk and go outside to your driveway or sidewalk. Then draw 10 blocks in the pattern of 1 block then 2 blocks next to each other and then one block until you have 10 blocks. After you draw the blocks you take a rock and toss and you see which one it lands in and you jump on the squares. (1 foot on each square.) When you get to the square that the rock is on you have to jump over the rock and turn around and go back and pick up the rock.
Double Dutch
Take a rope. You need at least 3 people to play. Decide who goes first. Then start jumping when the other 2 people swing the rope while you are jumping. You can sing rhymes or count for how long the person in the middle can go. The person in the middle could challenge their self by trying to beat their old score. You also could add more people in the middle and see how long you can go.
Games for a group:
Soccer
Take a soccer ball and go to a field and make two goals. the object of the game is to get the most goals in your goal.
Have at least four people and two on a team. You can use every part of your body except your hands. You can only use your hands if you are the goalie. The positions in the game are left, right, goalie, forward, and back defense. The left position has to guard the left side and the same on the right except guard the right side. The forward can go where they want on the field. The back defense has to help out the goalie by watching when the ball comes. The goalie has to guard the goal otherwise the other team gets a goal. To get a goal you have to kick the ball in the goal. Each goal counts as one point.

Swimming
If you love to be in the water than you would love swimming. To swim you need a pool and the right gear. In swimming you are able to compete in a team and do races or swim for fun. In a swim race, you wait for the whistle and then start swimming. The different types of swims are the butterfly, backstroke, and the front stroke. If you like to help with charity then you can help raise money by swimming laps.
About me
I chose tossing a ball because I think if you have nothing to do that you must have a ball lying around and that you could just play with it. I chose hopscotch because it is a fun thing to do: you get to draw, hop and even, try to pick up. I chose soccer because it is my favorite sport to do with my friends and family.
