It works best with a 9x13 pan, layer all the foods except the tomato and cheese. Let sit in the in the fridge for several hours.
1 head of lettuce or shredded
1/4c green onions, sliced 4 sliced tomatoes and parmesan cheese on top
3/4c celery, chopped
1 can of water chestnuts, drained
1 box frozen peas, thawed
2c Olive Oil Mayonnaise dressing

1 lg box of orange jello
1 lg box of low fat vanilla instant pudding
4c water
6 oz Tru Whip All Natural Whip Topping
1 can Mandarin Oranges
Bring jello to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Chill until firm or overnight.
Whip and add 6oz of whip topping and 1 can of mandarin oranges.
